Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Kids classes offer our young martial artists to build their skills in grappling and submissions, both standing and on the ground. With world renowned coach Professor Hugo Nunes heading the curriculum we offer a very complete class, with the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training being of the highest calibre. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is great for a childs development, utilising all muscles in the body, incorporating total body coordination and core strength, essential for physical development. It is also a proven effective form of self defense, and the confidence your children will attain from these classes will prove invaluable in the outside world!
