“The importance of a coach with a will for his student to succeed as much as he is of utmost importance. This is even more vital coaching kids as it is to adults. Much of a child’s development is influenced by their teachers, and by ensuring they get the right coaches their development will not be stunted, and they will flourish as adults. I believe I have this motivation.”
